Bullshit. That’s why these clowns are always judge shopping to get around the politicized judiciary that would stop their plans.
They have a judicial highway to a captured SCOTUS. Not a single other judge in the country matters in regards to rulings about government power. The Democrats had years to fix it and instead they gave the corporations more welfare.
