AI is unaccountable in any real sense of the word.

That is a video editor much like Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro, so would not be a replacement for AE. After Effects is essentially Photoshop but with motion and animation. It’s mostly for VFX and Motion Graphics. Not video editing or audio.

I was gonna say, it certainly allows insurance companies to launder their original intentions as “oopsy, AI made us deny all those claims (we wanted to deny anyway), don’t be mad at us” and then people bitch about the bad AI causing all these issues instead of the insurance company who wanted the exact same outcome, regardless of AI.

All that said, I’m giving another recommendation that people go subscribe to Citations Needed.

I think it’s likely:

1. someone posted something that later gets banned
2. in between the posting and the banning, you upvoted it
3. at time of banning/removal or after, they can check the logs of users who upvoted it while it was “live”

Also on reddit, removed posts and comments by subreddit mods can still be viewed if you have a direct link to it, or if you find it from a user’s profile instead of from the subreddit it was posted in. From there you may be able to vote on it still, although it’s pointless in most instances. However, Admin removed stuff likely cannot be found in the same way. Also a user deleting their own post or comment cannot be viewed in the same way either.

The hard poops - dry little balls - they often go wherever, but the soft poops - cecotropes - rabbits usually poop those straight into their mouths (gross I know). So you rarely see those as they usually just eat it right as soon as it’s coming out.

My two rabbits back in the day always peed in their litter boxes, but we’d often have to vacuum up their dry poops, which were usually right around their living areas mostly. And for the cecotropes (soft poops), we usually didn’t see those unless the rabbit was feeling sick. Since normally they go right back through their digestive system for a second pass.

So many Trump supporters just don’t pay attention to anything. For decades before 2016, it was super common knowledge that Trump was a terrible businessman. It was a common joke on late night TV any time Trump was in the news. It was essentially the main thing people knew about him since the 1990s, yet his supporters all think he must be some business genius. And how they still think this after his first term, I have no idea.

Except I used to assume the same thing, but I failed every time I didn’t include the rider. Once I started including all the squares with the rider(s) as well, I started passing a lot more.

Right? After failing 90% of captchas I started selecting the person on the motorcycle as well. And wouldn’t you know it, I’m now passing most if the time.

As a Metroidvania fan, I was so excited when the trailer for the first one came out. I’ve really enjoyed playing both of these games. And then Hollow Knight as well. We have so many great indie Metroidvania titles these days.

I occasionally open RiF (logged out) and get to see the current “front page” that for everyone (no longer catered to me), and with all the subreddits that have stayed private, been banned, etc. all sorts of weird posts are surfacing to the top for everyone.

First of all, I see tons of subreddits I have no interest in, all about judgment of OP’s looks (/r/amiugly, /r/truerateme, /r/firstimpressions, /r/roastme, etc.), and I keep seeing /r/weddingdress posts trying to help people pick their wedding dress from multiple options. Such a hodge podge of disjointed and niche posts that certainly doesn’t feel like the broad “front page of the internet” anymore.

This is a good recommendation.
When I was out of college for a while, I ended up meeting like-minded friends at a monthly retro-gaming tournament/event that was held at a local book/game store. We actually ended up working on some creative projects together as we all had schooling/degrees/experience in video production, writing, and comedy. That opened up the doors to meeting a much larger group of people in the local acting and stand-up comedy scene, as well as other creative fields. So now I have a nice group of friends that I’ve made as an adult, in a variety of friend circles all b/c I decided to check out some regular events at hobby shops.
