A big problem with the gun control debate is that on one hand we have lunatics able to massacre hundreds of children and on the other hand the right to bear arms exists so that people can defend their other rights when the government decides to be tyranical. I’ve heard the arguements that people can’t defend themselves from the modern military, but Vietnam’s handling of the US would be the counter arguement. The founding fathers and Karl Marx realized the importance of the people’s ability to defend againest tyranny. So all that being said, how do we keep the citizens armed while not letting crazies kill our children. To that I have no answer, but I hope that some kind of comprise can be reached.

This is kind of true. A lot of the maintenance requirements for ICE vehicles is not needed for EVs. So you save money on things like oil changes and if you can charge at home then charging is probably cheaper than gas. But that battery probably needs to be replaced after about 5 years and that is a very expensive maintenance cost.

Voting is a means to change government policy without killing each other. Any arguement againest liberalism is an arguement for the use of warfare to change politics and all of the bloodshed that will be included. The vast majority of humans benefit from free and fair elections. Communism is authoritarian so not liberal. Any political party that wants to use democracy and voting to avoid bloodshed and have political change are liberal.

What I have seen online is that adoption is cheaper and equally as long as surragacy. The only benefit I see is that the parent will know their genes are in the child, and a poor woman will get a paycheck for using her body. Please explain why I shouldn’t judge those who choose surragacy?
