Sarah Michelle Gellar will always be Buffy Summers to me.
Sarah Michelle Gellar will always be Buffy Summers to me.
I was wondering if that was some AR thing just for the TV audience.
It seemed way too crisp and clear a picture from those screens which are for the people in the stands. I caught glimpses of the other screens and they didn’t look that clear. Plus every time it was on it showed that exact same moment with the date each and every time.
Yeah. If he didn’t give the position back and the stewards found Max at fault he would then have gotten a penalty or told to give the position back. In that case he may have been 3 or 4 seconds ahead and would either had to lose that time to give the position, or try to gain a lead of whatever the penalty would be.
So team decided in that moment to give the position back as to then say look we didn’t gain an advantage. They made the call before any decision. Max didn’t like it and the rest unfolded.
From what I understand from the turn 1 incident on that lap with Russel, the team told Max to give the position back as he could have been deemed to gain a lasting advantage by going off track and keeping ahead. Max didn’t like the call and decided to show his team what George did to him. However it was clear that Max did it intentionally and in a what could have been dangerous manner. Completely against the code of racing really. There was no need for it and it seems in many peo0,e views he should have been/should be penalised more harshly.
My thoughts exactly. I’d like to see a similar list for all drivers and teams. To see if there are any other drivers with huge differences in points over a team mate. If the majority are similar in points then surely this is more to do with the RB car being suited to Max and the second driver just not being able to drive the way they would.
From the official F1 site under the F1 penalties section.
Time penalties Perhaps the most commonly used penalty, time penalties are issued as either five or 10 seconds. A driver serves this when taking a pit stop, with the car sitting stationary in the pit box for the given amount of time before the mechanics are then allowed to start working on the car. If the mechanics touch the car before the time penalty has been served, another penalty will be issued. Should a driver not pit again after receiving a time penalty, the amount of time will be added on to their finishing time which could potentially drop them down the order. A recent example of this happening was the 2024 United States Grand Prix, where Lando Norris received a five-second penalty for leaving the track and gaining an advantage during the latter stages of the race, resulting in him dropping from third to fourth in the final classification.
Nope, if a driver has a time penalty then it has to be taken when they take their next pit stop. Otherwise it’s added on at the end of the race.
Just done a reread of these and would gladly reread again.
The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (all 5 books in the series)
They are short enough that you could easily read all of them in a couple months at a steady pace.
Fun Aprils Fools joke, but now I wonder what a Monaco night race would be like.
And that’s why I stopped watching like 4 seasons ago. It’s just edited drama where there was none.
As a weekly player with friends, bees and cuccos are pretty fun when they show up. My favourite though is definitely the Home Run bat. So satisfying to hit each player with it.
One of the few that probably goes against this is Julie Kavner, voice of Marge Simpsons. You can tell how different she sounds after 35+ years of doing Marge, Patty and Selma. I think it’s one of the reasons Marge seems to have less lines in more recent episodes.
Point for fastest lap for any driver in the race would have been the easiest solution. Gives drivers lower in the field a chance for a point and could make both ends of the table exciting come the end of the season.
Just have all the drivers decide to sit in the cars on the grid and not move when the lights go green for the race.
I’ve always read hardware to mean the console itself and software to mean the games when it comes to consoles. So I would expect the games to be playable whether they are digital or physical games. I’ve seen nothing to suggest Nintendo want to go the digital only route anytime soon.
I’m gonna say Jet Force Gemini. It’s not hard in that enemies or bosses are difficult, though some were. It was those damn Tribals. You had to save every single one of them if you wanted to beat the game, and some were a pain to save without them getting killed.
I do agree that in press conference and televised stuff that language should be kept clean. Did he apologise after saying it? I remember Lando swore when he won the Miami GP but immediately apologised. I have no issue when it’s used over team radios as that is delayed and can be censored as and when needed, and it’s in the heat of the moment and words like that do come out.
The Simpsons
Power Rangers
Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
These are from young child up to late teens/20s
But how will we know a driver is mad unless we hear “what is he bleep doing? He pushed me off the bleeeep road, bleeeeeep”
Strikers and Charged (on the Wii) are much better games. And I think that just comes down to there being a bit more single player stuff in these. The Switch one was mainly focused on online matches. I had some fun with it and got some great games in with friends but I remember having more fun with the others. The new one could benefit from Switch 2’s Game Chat feature though as you could play 2v2 with friends making it easier to communicate when playing.
