A part of me is curious if something like that (uterus transplant to a trans person) is possible, the other part of me fears that people like anons

However, good luck getting funding for such a thing in today’s world. We can’t even convince people to not let trans kids die from lack of healthcare. Uterus transplants aren’t even in the same universe as us right now.

Uterus transplants have actually already been done and led to successful births. The closest analogy would probably be FtM births, which have succeeded as well.
