What is security for Russia? The destruction of NATO?
Russia has been living in “counteraction and struggle” with external “bad enemies” for a very long time. This is how the Russian government consolidates society and explains all the problems to it.
Therefore Solovyov is right - they will not stop.
Is this a declaration of war? Against NATO??
Pretty much sounds like a declaration of war against Poland and France, and thus NATO to me.

Russia has been saying in their domestic media they’re at war with NATO and the west since Ukraine failed to fall in their three day war that’s been going on now for over a year.
But a real declaration of war is a formal process that requires legislative and executive approval and public notice to their aggrieved party. They notably haven’t done that.
Does anybody bother with actualy declaring wars anymore?
Yeah, I dunno. But their domestic media isn’t an indication of actual war. Troops or bombs on NATO soil would be.
Oh yeah no disagreement there, I was just wondering whether “proper” declarations of war are really much of a thing anymore
