But that happened anyway when Justice Arthur F. Engoron concluded the former president was a serial liar who faked the size of his buildings and value of his properties for years, ordering the family business’ licenses to be revoked.
Except all NYC places do this… You can go visit a business space for rent that claims 1800sqft… and when you measure it it’s 800sqft. Out of all the things to latch onto, this is a dumb one if you know anything about NYC real-estate. It’s been this way for decades (I left there in 2006, and it’s still this way.)
That’s interesting, I’ve googled examples and haven’t had any luck finding any articles on this. Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
