Likely, either apply diplomatic pressure to the saudis and get them to stop doing these things to migrants or restrict what weapons they can purchase. Or other diplomatic consequences.
The Saudis know we need their oil, they don’t give a shit. The way we pander to them is pathetic & they know it.
Yet another reason to move away from fossil fuels as fast as possible.
