Yesterday, according to estimates by event organizers, millions marched in protest against the Trump administration, including its recent controversial immigration-enforcement raids. Hundreds of “No Kings” demonstrations took place in cities and towns throughout the U.S.
It makes me think of a classic Simpsons episode when Homer joins the stone cutters. As a youth, he couldn’t join a kids club because their policy was “No Homers”. There is a TV station in Seattle called King 5. When I was looking for livestreams, their faces were sour every time they said no kings. lol.
