    Imma be honest. Both sides are guilty in this. I just hate that we need to be roped into their shitty religious squabbles. I feel very sorry for the people, but the pragmatic in me tells me we should just let the region sort out their issues on their own and whatever happens happens. No matter which side you take you’re supporting religious extremism and genocide.

        How? Tell me how exactly that looks in practice? Do we bomb both of them to stop them? Do we ask them nicely? They are sovereign nations, this is in their power to do and I do not think we have a right to stop them.

                I forget the average person has terrible reading comprehension and needs things explicitly spelled out.

                  Which seems to imply that there is nothing we can do. Please explain how you stated anything implying that we should stop funding them.
