I couldn’t find one with the whole Europe (free), but Italy is still wrong in the image tho. All places I find seem to point at this source tho https://appmagic.rocks/ Like this page that you would think had their own data: https://www.statista.com/statistics/698982/leading-android-apps-in-norway-by-downloads/ They could also just have looked up news articles for all the countries. Crunch that data haha
