    I haven’t run a marathon but I’ve done 100 miles on a bike in 6-hour session. Does that count?

    My tips:

    1. 1 to 1.5 liters of water per hour
    2. Sunscreen
    3. Regular breaks every 2 hours for 15 minutes
    4. That’s it really, your everything begins to hurt at around hour 4 and 1/2
