It seems that you may not understand the definition of Draconian. It means cruel or severe, and that’s exactly what this would be. She’s been in the US since she was a toddler so not her choice. She knows no other home. Where exactly should she be sent? How would you personally deal with being extradited to some country that you’ve never set foot in or for all we know don’t speak its language? Sounds very severe and cruel to me. No one is saying anyone can stay in a country.
