Does it count as a U-turn if you’re not actually reversing something? This is just a “turn”.
But the media needs sensationalism.
Like the way they describe the cuts as “Labour stops winter fuel payments” omitting the ending “for the wealthiest pensioners” to make people believe all winter fuel payments were cut.
