Mines got a silicon carbon battery with 7000mA. It’s very nice. Most days I don’t get below 50%.

My device has 5,000 mAh, but I keep it between 30% at the lowest and 80% at the highest, so I’m only using 2,500 mAh of the total capacity. So having a larger battery would be really nice.

          That’s what I did.

This Silicon Carbon battery chemistry I’ve learned works different Lithium Ion. SC likes to be charged to 100%. So I’ve been fully charging each night on a slow 15W charger. So far so good.

Oh, that’s gonna be a new fun paradigm. I’m still used to only charging lithium to 80% that having to make sure it’s charged to 100 will be a novelty for quite a while.

Why not simply make the phone 4-5 mm thicker and have a 10000+mah battery? Simpler and I’d buy the crap out of that. Use the extra space you now have to install better camera lenses with zoom too, maybe even a flir camera? Would be cheaper and much more interesting

mAh is such a terrible unit to describe battery capacity, why does it keep being a thing?
