Great time for anyone with gamepass to go through FF 1-6. You can set the XP gain to 4x, so the grind is effectively gone letting you just enjoy the stories.

I’d hesitate to call the pixel remasters definitive (aside from III), since the extra content from the GBA releases isn’t there.
The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster collection is 6 of the 9 games.
That’s because the Pixel Remasters are 2D. FF7 onwards are 3D games…
