Biden’s going hard on diplomacy, most of which we don’t see. We do see some of the carrot and stick approach he’s using. The stick is the canceled shipment. The promise of future arms is the carrot he’s dangling in front of isreal.

Cognitive dissonance, otherwise they must admit that the Biden is a genocidal maniac. But since that admission will lead to uncomfortable conclusions perhaps even tankieism, it is best to imagine Biden playing some complex anti-genocide game behind the scenes despite all evidence and remain blissfully liberal.
