    Link comparability should be formatted with original instance first because it’s a new community it’s content won’t be federated yet.

    also I think @thrifty should be a universal link … just checking

      The first link was made local /c/ according to sidebar suggestions. The two other, see my reply to unknowing8343.

      Thanks for the tip of @Thrifty, I had been looking for something like that. Still learning.

      The first link worked correctly in other Lemmy instances, but not kbin. Second link redirected to Lemmy.world from all instances I tried it on. Third link was broken from the kbin side.

        1 and 2 are functionally the same, 3 is a web URL that will open in a new tab instead of your current instance/client
